Rockhampton School of Arts
The Rockhampton School of Arts, built in 1894 is a heritage listed building which is being refurbished to accommodate office and gallery space. Significant effort in the selection of fittings and concealment of services was required to maintain the heritage of this building.
LCI were engaged as engineering design consultants and worked closely with Riddell Architects to prepare electrical and mechanical services documentation.
