Origin Energy engaged Lehr Consultants International to provide consultancy advice for their new Administration Centre and Warehouse development located in Roma, QLD. This development consists of a two storey office building, storage warehouses, engineering workshop and storage hardstand.

Lehr were engaged to provide environmentally sustainable advice (ESD) as well as building engineering services (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulics, Vertical Transportation).

The development incorporates innovative sustainable initiatives such as internal daylighting, energy efficient building services, extensive solar shading and plantation forests.
